The kage is the highest and most powerful ninja in his village. He is responsible for all in his village and making the tough decisions of who lives and dies. He is still able to go on any mission he chooses. Hes able to make and give any mission to anyone in his village that are non negotiable. A kage can only lose his status from inactivity of a week, retiring, or if he dies. The ninja can attain kage level by gaining 100 fights, have atleast 50 wins, completed 10 S rank missions or above, knows atleast 60 techniques MISSIONSWho decides:
The kage gives out missions as he sees fit but if you wish to go, simply post that you want a mission in the kages office. Staff will generally be creating the missions but kage are also able to and will be rewarded two fight points for each mission they make and is accepted by staff. The exception to this is unofficial missions which can be done by anyone as long as their rank and age permits. And event missions which must be approved by the staff before they are begun this is because events make you invulnerable to attacks from other villages.Creating A Mission:
Staff members or kages create missions by random rolling a situation which you are required to handle. If its for a specific request choose a mission for that teams rank. Random roll out of how many possible missions for the rank. For example if the team is genin you would random roll the number of B ranked missions. After that random roll out of the number of clients. This will give you the client number and the mission number find them both add the location and create the situation. If a target is needed rand roll again to find the client who will be the target. These will be against real ninja from another village "not npcs." After this post it in five kage announcements whoever responds first with all members of the opposing team will get the mission. This is the same mission but the opposite goal so if the mission was to protect the client your mission would be to kill their client. Missions are carried out in teams of four or less. After the two teams are decided the mission will start and the travelling topic will begin.
Mission cards found here: http://chainsofdeath.niceboard.com/t2-missions-index
Client list found here: http://chainsofdeath.niceboard.com/t107-paying-client
*Clients are npcs or may be played by staff for 5 fight points*Special Request:
Any ranked ninja can be asked to go on a mission of any rank by a ninja with an appropriate rank for the mission. This must be agreed to by the kage however.Travelling:
Leaving for your missions first post must be in the lands open area outside of any village. Example leaving konaha the team would have to report in tanzaku town or the fire temple. The ninjas must then wait for up to ten minutes for any interfering ninja to invade the topic. This can be done by any ninja in the area who find a reason to attack you. Travel times are dependent on the team leaders intelligence. if jonin five minutes, if chunin 8 minutes, if a ninja with bad sense of direction ten minutes. If nothing then the next post will be in the land where the problem is. (invasion rules dont apply here)Maintaining Strength:
During missions ninja who have not eaten will lose 20 health stamina and resolve each day they have not done so. a day in mission time is the original posters tenth turn.Pleasing The Client:
Pleasing the client will grant the bonus the client grants on the card. Furthermore it will make that client village specific and he will contribute financially to the village. Every village specific client will grant one vdc to the village if poor, two vdc if average. And five if wealthy this will be granted once a week. Clients can be stole however if the client is chosen and the next village does well he will go there instead. In order to please the client you must reach the goal before the time projected on the mission. Days are measured in turns 10 turns is one day.Captured:
If the enemy captures you, you will be interrogated you can choose to kill yourself before being forced to talk. Or you can tell them where you are from and risk a war. Its also possible that they will trade for you so don't be too hasty when considering this option. You may also become a slave in this land this is at the sole discretion of the Kage.C Rank Missions
= These are reserved for unofficial missions only you can complete with yourself or others. You do not need permission to go on these. Simply do it and then post the link in the mission index mark as very important. These mission are random with random rewards and consequences so make sure to read the mission carefully.B Rank Missions

Genin are able to quit and leave these missions without worry of death. You will be paid two fight points if you do.A Rank missions
=8 fight points for the ninjas 30 VDP for the village. These missions are given out to chunin or jonin level. Like the others these missions are a fight between two highly trained ninja teams over some goal. You are not able to quit and leave unless the enemy lets you. Quite often these missions will involve you going into enemy territory.S rank missions
= 10 fight points for the ninjas 40 VDP for the village. These missions are given to Jonin in the ambu division. Like the others these missions are a fight between two highly trained ninja teams over some goal. You are not able to quit and leave unless the enemy lets you. These missions involve going into the enemies village stronghold or fortress.SS Rank Missions:
=20 fight points for the ninjas 60 VDP for the village. These are missions in which a large team of Jonin or higher ninja will invade another ninjas village and attempt to conquer or destroy it. You are not able to leave these missions unless the enemy lets you. The village that has been destroyed is rebuilt in one week real time. Everyone in the attacked village is required to fight if they are there. If they don't they will be considered peaceful and will be captured and took to the winning village as slaves. INVASIONSInvading a topic:
in order to invade a topic you must first know where the ninja you are seeking is and have a reason to be there. You may post one time that you are on your way but then you must wait a certain number of turns to come into the topic. For example if you are in tsunades gambling house and the fight is taken place in the hokages office. It will take you five turns to reach the office. If you are in the land of fire but another area such as tanzaku town it will take you 20 turns to reach the office. If you are in a different land it will take 30 turns to reach the office.Reasons to invade:
You can invade a topic for any of these following reasons.
1. You were invited
2. You are a friend family sensai student or lover and you have reason to believe they will not be able to handle it alone.
3. You were sent as back up by kage or superiorSpying
If you are in the same area you may invade a topic if only to spy. This means you will just sit in a tree or whatever and watch the incident. If your stealth is higher than their detection you wont be noticed. You may only participate in the topic if you are interacted with by someone in the topic. Only post once to say ur watching from wherever and then not again. It is assumed if they leave or whatever you will follow them. This is true unless they change locations. For example if your watching an incident in the hokages office and it moves to the training field you will not follow without reposting in the training fields. Spying is a great tool for gathering intel but you can be attacked so dont do it unless you want to be involved in the topic at some point.Leaving A Topic
Any topic the ninja enters he will have to stay in for atleast one day which is equivalent to ten turns from the original turn. This is true of missions spying and training topics. Your not able to leave until the tenth turn. During missions if running away you can leave the topic after five turns providing you are 15 turns away.
